DISCLAIMER
The leather for each Lolli Bag is carefully selected. Our bags are not cut by machine. Instead, our craftsmen carefully hand-cut and sew every bag with love. Slight irregularities should not be regarded as defects; instead these subtle changes in color or shape are unique, natural features of the leather. All efforts have been made to ensure the finest quality of every Lolli Bag.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All Lolli Merchandise is final sale. Please note that Lolli Bags are custom made. Lolli Bags are not refundable, since every bag is custom made, please allow two weeks for delivery. We advise you to please consider the delivery time when placing your order. Please order carefully.
If you experience any problems wih your Lolli, we will be happy to make any necessary repairs or replace it for you. Please provide us with a proof of purchase.

We offer FREE SHIPPING as our way of saying Thank You.
Customer signature required for Priority and Basic deliveries for all shipments.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We will ship anywhere in the world, however, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. We offer Saturday delivery, however, certain areas are restricted please call customer service to see if deliveries are made to your area.
ORDER STATUS
We send you an email when your order has been sent.
GIFT PURCHASES
We can enclose a gift tag for your gift purchases. The gift tag is a small detachable leather tag that is tied to the hardware of your Lolli. You can request your message in the "Message on Tag" section, when placing your online order. Messages must be no more than 8 words, for example,"Happy Birthday", "Congratulations", "Love You", etc. You can also request to have a sketched symbol as your message, for example a heart, a smiley face, or a flower. Again, please indicate what message you would like when placing your order. Messages are written on our signature gold Lolli tag.
